GROWTH SPURTS   With the summer growing and harvesting season upon us, our Summer Salon focused on what it means to experience grow spurts as business owners.   Maybe as you look at your business and path, you are interested in the way businesses plateau and then need something new/different/extra to push to the next level.  Maybe you want to talk about what happens when a growth spurt is sudden and unexpected -- how to manage growth, how to make it sustainable, etc. Maybe you enjoy growing pains as evidence of, well, growth.  Does a non-stop push to get everything up and running or to that next level mean you can, or you need to, pull back and set better boundaries?
